Over the weekend I joined the Three Kings (DDE, Pope Adrian Bless, and Theon Lee) in Flint, Michigan as a feature poet for the event, Food 4 Thought. Held in an art gallery full of inspiring paintings, jewlery, and architecture, the poetic portion of the show was going to add to the powerful dynamic of our first amendment; freedom of speech and expression. They say the first time, is always the greatest, and the love in that room was so magnetic. The hosts were hilarious. The open mic list of artist were PHENOMENAL. Im extremely satisfied and very blessed to be alive to experience it all. Im ready for round two. I just wanted to say thank you.
